7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times: EU countries 10-30 days, outside EU within 30 days. Customers outside the EU are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

8.1 EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts when you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires possession of the goods. Notify us by a clear statement, via email here.

8.2 EU Customers – Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received, excluding delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof that the product has been shipped back using a traceable shipping method. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8.3 EU Customers – Return of Goods

Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original condition, suitable for resale, and securely packaged. Refunds may be reduced if goods are returned damaged due to insufficient packaging.

8.4 Exceptions

Withdrawal does not apply to goods damaged or altered after delivery due to improper handling or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal is broken. Books and souvenirs must be returned in resaleable condition.

8.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items (All Customers)

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, contact us as soon as possible, no later than 7 days after delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

8.6 International Customers (Outside EU)

Customers outside the EU are not entitled to the EU right of withdrawal. No returns, refunds, or warranty claims are offered for international orders except for damaged or incorrect items.

8.7 EU Customers – Warranty and Defects

All products sold to EU customers are covered by statutory warranty rights. You may contact us within 2 years (3 years in Sweden) from delivery to report defective products. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at no cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
